The shower holder was broken, what I realised after being woke up by the people passing by the hallway. You also hear your room neighbours snoring and when the room next door got clean it felt like they had opened up a construction side. Do they have to clean on Sundy morning 09:00 AM?!?! Anyway, after reporting the shower issue and demanding an other room with a working shower which the staff refused I hope this hotel gets overhalled as soon as possible since it was taken over. I can not recommend this place in any way, they just squeeze the last bucks out of it and they really don't give a ...

Stayed for 1 night before heading to Salzburg. Self check in after late arrival was pretty easy. Got very odd room, a bit creepy honestly. Windows going out to some kind of closed walls patio with what looked like emergency stairs, no view at all. Felt like basement, and felt not safe there. The beds were o.k. May be we were out of luck to get this specific room. I guess the normal room with a normal view would have change the whole experience. The service at the reception was good, check in and out quick and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is also good. Parking in the parkhouse right next to the hotel for a daily rate of 19€ was very convenient. The room was clean but the furniture was very run-dun and decrepit. The bathroom seemed to be the only thing that was renovated lately. For 1 night okay but overall overprized for the conditon of the room.

The walls were very thin so it was hard to sleep when I could hear the conversations in the room next to me. The fire alarm went off at 4am and we all had to evacuate. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage. Die Korridore wirken etwas abgewohnt, die Zimmer hingegen sind sehr sauber. Die Betten sind zwar etwas härter, aber gut zu liegen. Frühstück hatte genug Auswahl, jedoch zu wenig Sitzplätze und Personal, wobei diese eine Person ihr bestmögliches gegeben hat.
