The hotel staff were the most friendly and helpful staff we encountered on our multi-country trip. The hotel breakfast was ample and well worth the price. Room was clean and quiet, which actually surprised me given the tram runs in front of the hotel. Convenient to the main transportation lines in Vienna.

Common areas leading to the room were in very bas conditions, access was difficult for strollers, the room was very stinky due to sewage smell coming from shower siphon… I would not recommend this hotel to my friends :(
