Beautiful hotel in a central part of the city, the room was spacious and clean and staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms are soundproof which was a delight after a day of travelling. They have bike hire and a pillow menu which was a lovely addition to have a stiffer pillow. The coffee and bar were lovely with one of the best coffees and chai lattes we've had. Easy walk to so many spots and a ubahn station just around the corner for further out areas made it so easy to get around.

This was a lovely hotel. It had lots of character in a great atmosphere. Fun afternoon ape at the bar. Staff was very friendly great decor and design rooms were comfortable. The sauna and gym downstairs are excellent.

Honestly one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in, and a superb choice for a Vienna city break. It's so central, right on the doorstep of the museum quarter and five minutes from the Rathaus. The reception staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The room themselves are a joy with some nice little details (love the turntable and record collection), a great shower, super comfy bed and decent air con. Breakfast was well worth it with a great buffet for €20. There are also some very good Austrian wines on offer in the bar in the evening. Choosing this place really made the stay - would come back in a heartbeat.
