Close to everything

Close to the transportation, it takes 10-15 minutes to St. Stephen Cathedral. The place was really clean though noise insulation is pretty bad (white noise to the rescue for a good sleep). At this price point in Vienna, I could not have found a better option as a solo traveler.

Good value for money

First of all, I want to thank to the owners. I recommend this hotel. It is very close to train station and also a street full of restaurants, supermarkets etc. Staff is polite, they try to help you in case of need. You should compare the hotel with its class competitors, not with 5star hotels. If you are interested in quiet, only a room , comfy bed and hot shower then go there, the price is reasonable for Vienna. If I will go to Vienna again, I will definitely stay there. PS : Before going, I was a bit worried about comments with noise, but guess what, it was the best quiet hotel I have been for awhile. I had the room number 33, it sees directly the garden, if you had a chance , ask for it :)

Varning! Mycket dåligt hotel

Detta är något av de sämsta hotell jag någonsin bott på. Personalen har ingen koll någonting, vi fick ingen nyckel till vårt rum men två timmar senare när vi bad att bli insläppta på vårt rum kom han inte ihåg oss och undrade varför vi inte hade nyckel. När vi ska checka ut tar de inte kort och vet heller inte hur mycket vi ska betala. Vi får inget kvitto. Bo inte här.

Henkilökunta epämääräistä. Kukaan ei oikein tiennyt asioista mitään. Aamiaismahdollisuutta ei ole kuin kuulemma vasta ”viikon päästä”, emme kyllä nähneet edes mitään aamupalahuonetta, josssa sitä mahdollisesti tarjoiltaisiin. Avainkorttien kanssa monilla asiakkailla ongelmia. Huoneesta oli saippua loppu molemmista seinätelineistä. Hyvää oli rauhallinen sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa ja edullinen hinta. Sänky ja peitot olivat hyvät.

Kun saavuimme ja kirjauduimme sisään, saimme huoneeseen avaimen ja kun avasimme huoneen oven siellä oli joku nukkumassa eli meille annettiin varattu huoneen… kun kirjauduimme ulos respassa ei ollut ketään vaikka odotimme ja kutsuimme henkilökuntaa ketään ei tullut joten jouduimme lähteä koska taksimme ja lentomme odotti. Jätimme huoneen avaimen vastaanotto tiskille. Huone oli puhdas. Vessassa oli outo haju ja jos vessan ovea piti auki outo haju levisi huoneeseen. Olimme pettyneet vastaanottoon ja uloskirjautumiseen. Pelkäsimme että vastaanotto antaa meidän huoneen avaimen jollekkin toiselle kun mekin pääsimme liian helposti jonkun toisen huoneeseen…
