Das ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus mit 500 m2 Eigengarten und Parkplatz (für ein kleines Auto) befindet sich in einer Gartensiedlung im 11. Wiener Gemeindebezirk und ist ein idealer Ort zur Entspannung, für einen Kurzurlaub oder auch zum Verweilen für einen längeren Zeitraum. Das Mietobjekt wird zur Alleinbenützung vergeben. Das Haus verfügt über
- ein Wohnzimmer mit ausklappbarem Sofa für 2 Personen
- eine vollausgestatteter Küche.
- ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten
- ein Bad mit Dusche und WC.
Das Haus ist vollausgestattet (Geschirr, Küchengeräte, Haushaltsgeräte, 2 TV Geräte, W-LAN, Bettwäsche und Handtücher) .Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine samt Trockner.
Zudem stehen bis zu 4 Leihräder gratis zur Verfügung. Die Benützung der Räder erfolgt jedoch auf eigenes Risiko.
Auf der Terrasse steht eine gemütliche Sitzgarnitur und zusätzlich gibt es Liegebetten und Sonnenschirme für die Erholung im Gartenbereich.
Für ein Kleinkind gibt es bei Bedarf auch eine Babyausstattung (Hochstuhl und Reisegitterbett)
Größere Autos können während der Wiener Parkraumbewirtschaftung (Mo-Fr 9-22 Uhr) in der Parkgarage Endstelle U 3 gegen Gebühr geparkt werden.
