The hotel was nice, staff were helpful and they offer a full complimentary breakfast, they also have a lounge. A fridge would have been nice but the room is small but laid out well.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, we did not have any shower gel in the dispenser in the shower- we informed the front desk and they said it would get filled- we returned that evening and it had not been filled. This is a small inconvenience, but a good opportunity for hotel staff to shine. Very unfortunate that the staff did shine this time. ☹️

The hotel is clean and located close to public transportation links. The room was small with hardly any space to move. No space to keep your luggage. 2 feet walking access around the bed. Customer service not the best. Room service is poor. Rooms are cleaned after every 2 nights of stay and that too very poorly cleaned. Asked reception for towels to be replaced and were given face towel instead of bath towels as they did not have access to the fresh laundry. It was a joke. Overall poor experience.

Location, opposite the underground (U4 Line) perfect for getting to and from Venna city centre, quite busy at breakfast time though, but the idea of making your own waffles is great, rooms are clean and quite spacious. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Vienna.

Ideally situated close to public transport and centre of Vienna. Staff exceptionally helpful, hotel and room clean and serviced daily. Reason for only 4 stars is breakfast the breakfast offered is really good however a nightmare trying to weave in between other users balancing a tray. It simply didn’t flow. I would and already have recommended the hotel and would stay there again.

Almost the perfect property in most respects, except the breakfast could be a lot better as some things e.g. scrambled eggs were poorly done (hard jello like), hash browns soggy and pastries could be hit and miss. Staff are incredibly friendly and always very helpful. Location is brilliant to easily access public transport to go anywhere and some sightseeing options within reach e.g. the awesome Schonbrunn palace
