Excellent hotel located just across the road from a subway station. Although you can hear a little road noise, I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. It has a clean modern look with great staff and good breakfast choice. Would stay here again on a return visit to Vienna

Hotel was clean overall, room was fine no issues. Disappointed that there was no availability for evening meals if you had been out all day and just wanted to dine in. Travelled with my mum who is celiac and the only gluten free items available were gluten free bread, no cereal or other choices. No cards to help assess whether there is allergens. Property is close to a metro station which is very convenient and runs every 5 mins or so. There are a few shops close by which was great for take out.

The hotel and staff in general were brilliant. The position of the hotel in relation to public transport to the centre of Vienna was ideal. The Schonbrunn Palace was within walking distance...just over 1km. Very clean, comfortable beds and good size bedrooms. Would have liked a more varied breakfast...plenty of food there but the same buffet every morning...switching it up a bit would be welcome. All in all we would def visit it again.

Brand new hotel, but with ongoing construction nearby. We used the subway which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and that was convenient.
