Staff went above and beyond to communicate with me, they lent me an adapter and stored my bag. Room was spotless and very cool. Great location close to train station and city centre. Great price. Good coffee and Manner in the room was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Vienna is a wonderfully walkable city. Here for three days (two nights) the Belverdere suite was perfect. Brilliantly fitted out, funky, fascinating (the old lock and key story bought graphically to life in the decor), convenient and comfortable. Highly, highly recommended. I didn't really interact with any staff but would repeat the visit without hesitation. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

I did not get the right information about where the room of the ‘hotel’ was located and how the check in. The room was full of dust and loads of fungi growing on the bathroom walls. I sent the owner videos and photo’s but did not get any reply. We stayed for 5 days. No cleaning in between and the same towel for 5 days

The concept of the hotel is interesting, however there are many areas for improvement that should be taken into account such as the following: 1. for people with very basic needs, there is no easy access 2. there is no room service, nor a way to call in case something is wrong 3. the fact that they use commercial premises as rooms generates insecurity and concern about stokers watching through the window 4. they never change the bedding

I thought this was an hotel but my room was not actually in a building but directly in the street. The noise of the street was very disturbing and a car shop next door, made it impossible to sleep after 8:00 am. There is no reception and eventhough they had a phone it was not picked up 2 of 3 times we called. Since the room is at street level it feels very humid. For not been an hotel a checkout at 11:00 am is too early.

Non e' un hotel come si potrebbe pensare leggendo il nome, ma e' una serie di appartamenti in affitto. La sede indicata sulla mappa di expedia non e' la sede in cui l'appartamento si trovava. L'appartamento era pulito, ma si sentiva una intollerabile puzza di umidita', probabilmente dovuta al fatto che l'appartamento era a piano terra e all'assenza di vere e proprie finestre (l'unico accesso che si poteva aprire e' la porta per entrare nell'appartamento). Ho alloggiato li una notte, non sarei riuscito a rimanere li ancora. Il personale e' stato gentilissimo nell'aiutarmi ad accedere anche in tarda serata. La camera esteticamente si presentava bene. Negozi e servizi presenti nelle immediate vicinanze. Di per se non male, ma non posso consigliarlo per l'odore di umidita' che l'ha resa un esperienza pessima. Spero non ricapiti ad altri. Sicuramente non e' adatto a persone claustrofobiche.

Sehr gut gelegen und trotz der Lage im Erdgeschoss sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war stilvoll und großzügig eingerichteten, das Bad war riesig. Leider war durchgehend ein sehr unangenehmer miefiger Kellergeruch zu vernehmen, in der Dusche gab es zudem schimmlige Stellen. Lüften war nur schwer möglich (für kleine Menschen wäre es gar nicht möglich). Grundsätzlich eine tolle Unterkunft, aber gegen den Geruch und den Schimmel muss etwas unternommen werden!

Ci siamo trovate benissimo. La suite è a due minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana. È grande spaziosa e c’è tutto caffè, the e acqua già disponibili. Ci sono anche gli accappatoi oltre ai soliti teli bagno e finalmente un phon potente. Il personale è stato accogliente e gentilissimo. I cuscini non sono il massimo.

Hay que tener cuidado al reservar este hotel, sobretodo si lo eliges por la ubicación ya que la dirección que aparece en la página web es solo la central donde haces el check-in presencial y luego te dicen donde se ubicará tú habitación.3 días antes de la entrada te mandan un mail para hacer el check-in on line y ahí te dirán la ubicación de tu alojamiento.

Yksityisyyden tuntua

Entisestä liikehuoneistosta remontoitu huone keskellä asuinaluetta. Liikenteen melu hieman kuului, mutta ei häiritsevästi. Huone oli siisti, erittäin hyvässä kunnossa (selkeästi hiljattain remontoitu), kalusteet laadukkaita ja sänky sekä vuodevaatteet erinomaiset! Iso kylpyhuone ja laadukkaat saippuat. Iso jääkaappi ja mahdollisuus myös ruoanlaittoon, jos halusi syödä aamiaisen huoneistossa. Suosittelen.
