It is a fine hotel but it needs a renovation. Showers that require a step ladder to get into. The lobby needs a major facelift. Both restaurants closed on Sunday (even for Europe, that’s subpar for a 5 star hotel). That said, the staff was outstanding. Front desk and housekeeping especially.

The hotel was nicely situated and was clean. The lobby and bar area were vibrant and the staff very helpful. (But note that the concierge referred us to a restaurant where the staff was rude and unhelpful and were so poorly behaved that my wife and I left after an appetizer to go elsewhere). The gym was clean but had second tier equipment...was quite tiny...and should be improved.) The on-site restaurants open at 6:30 am and 9:÷0 am....and the hotel should open up their wallets and put out an urn of coffee w/milk or tea for an hour or two in the morning.
