Large room and comfy bed. Not far from lots of main attractions, along 2 direct transportation routes (we preferred tram 49). Horrible pillows and the “room tidy” every 2 days was minimal. They made the bed but left garbage and didn’t refill coffee supplies

The air con and extractor fans made noises which cannot classified as white noise. Shower basin flow is not well drained. Water filled very quick with max water flow. Pillows are soft. If you prefer firm pillow, better request extra pillow.

I like the hotel location near the Austrian west station around 7 minutes walk and accessible to all public transportation tram- bus-metro stations - the area filled with lots of restaurants and economic supermarkets like Billa that easy to have a sandwich in the morning. I don’t like the way reception staff deal with guests in the check in procedures with no smile face
