It's close to the train station, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It is a very basic room that does the job, but not very comfortable and the area itself can be pretty noisy at night so at times it can be difficult to sleep.

Great place but we found the double room with ensuite claustrophobic. The room was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. You had to climb over the person next 5o you to get out

The rooms were clean and the baths cleaned properly. There were people running around at night and I think some were smoking, but this can happen anywhere. Other than that the lounge was spacious and beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Excited to come back!

Very nice staff, great location near westbanhof, busses and trains from here to many places. Pretty quiet (we had a twin room.) Nice breakfast, bikes for 8€ all day. Laundry is overpriced at 12€, wash them yourself.

The room was very very small for 4 people furniture next to eachother the free space was 1 meter for walking. The bathroom light is with sensor switch off very fast if you are in the bath and not that told you stay in the dark… Or if you are on the toilet stay in the dark is not comfortable! The breakfast is poor.

Great stay !

Cute little hostel booked for one night in Vienna, friendly staff, clean rooms and a great stay all round. Have recommended to other travelers that are passing through for one or two nights

Cool interior design

The location is great and near the westbahnhof station which makes it easier tp go around the city and exploring it using the underground train. Also, the room is tidy and clean. The common room and the kitchen are also cozy with nice interior decoration. Would love to stay here again if we ever visit Vienna in thw future.

Is ok

The staff is polite and nice but the rooms next to the road are very noisy and for people who sleep slightly do not recommend. There are other rooms in the inner part are quiet. In the bathroom there is not shampoo or shower gel you have to take with you! The breakfast is very poor almost nothing! Besides coffee and juice, I would not try it again. Is good to have at list small slices of cheese or cream cheese ! You can also pay for eggs and ham extra , but the ham they offer is with some spices not suitable for every taste and it is good to have some simple cooked or fried eggs. And you have to pay extra for parking the first time wen I been to this hotel was with option parking but I pay is good now is without and the people know they have to pay extra!

Sity hotel

The hotel is ok but not have any shampoo in the bathroom and the breakfast is just poor is good to have yogurt and cheese to be better !
