A lovely family house Located in a quite area which is very relaxing.

The train station is a 3 minute walk from the house. The train takes 20 mins to get into the city. There are restaurants near by as well as a shopping mall.

Great place for a family

This was a great stay for our family of 4 young adults & 2 parents in our late 50’s. We had plenty of room and even having one toilet was not a problem with good scheduling :). We came in winter so the weather was a bit dreary; however, I can imagine summer would absolutely lovely and being next to the Danube would be a real treat. Candace was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you for a great visit to Vienna!

Ein Haus mit besonderem Charme, man kann zur Abkühlung ins Wasser hüpfen, die Gastgeber, die um die Ecke wohnen, sind herrlich unkompliziert. Für Kinder gibt es reichlich Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Insgesamt eine einfach Ausstattung, aber man hat alles was man braucht! Gerne wieder.

Nette Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Für unseren Zweck war diese völlig ausreichend. Der Check-In und das Auschecken waren völlig problemlos. Auf unsere Bedürfnisse beim Check-In wurde großzügig Rücksicht genommen. Bei der Anzahl der Betten wäre eine zweite Toilette schön gewesen. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

A very nice place to stay in 8 people, really close to Alte Donau (a lake where you can swim), like 1 minute walk to jump in the water from the nice pier. There's a bedroom in the ground floor, and it was very good for elderly people. The stair is a bit steep, not good for them. The space is huge and there's also an enclosed garden. I liked it very much and reccommend it to groups and families.

Ein super Ausgangspunkt um Wien zu erkunden.

Das Haus war super, ordentlich ausgestattet, alles gut vorbereitet. Als Ausgangspunkt um Wien mit den öffentlichen zu erkunden super. Im Sommer lädt die Donau zum Baden ein. Leider kann man nicht mit dem Auto an die Unterkunft Ran und muss das Gepäck ein kleines Stück hinbringen. Bei der Anreise wurden wir mit einer Schubkarre erwartet, was es natürlich einfacher machte, dennoch ist es etwas unglücklich mit der Entfernung zwischen Auto und Haus.

Tolle grüne Lage und trotzdem super an den ÖPNV angebunden

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an zu Hause gefühlt. Tolle, unkomplizierte Unterkunft, auch für Familien mit Kindern - viel Platz, Garten, Bücher, Brettspiele, ca. 50 m zum Donauufer mit Holzstegen und Bademöglichkeit... Die Möbel und Fußböden sind z.T. nicht mehr ganz neu - aber alles sehr gemütlich. Für ältere Gäste ist die steile Holztreppe in den ersten Stock sicher schwierig, für uns (6 Kolleg*innen im Alter von ca. 30 bis 50) war es ideal.

Ruhige Lage aber schnell in der Stadt

22. Bezirk Donaustadt, ruhige und saubere Lage. Ideal zum erholen. U-Bahnstation ( U2) in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von den Vermietern nett empfangen worden.

Perfektes Basislager für einen Wienbesuch

Schönes, großes Haus, einen Katzensprung von der U-Bahn entfernt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Danke für die Hilfe beim Gepäcktransport ! Empfehlung: Mit etwas mehr Geschirr müsste die Spülmaschine nicht so oft laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in Wien

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. 300m zur U-Bahn und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, sodass man auf das Auto de ganzen Urlaub verzichten kann. Das umso mehr, als Wien unendlich viele Möglichkeiten besitzt den Urlaub zu verbringen. Fahrräder sind ein absolutes Muss. Radtouren auf der Donauinsel und den Weinbergen sind einfach wunderschön. Beim Haus gibt es einen kleinen Abzug für die Minimalausstattung an Geschirr und Gläsern, weshalb die Spülmaschine z.T. zweimal am Tag laufen musste. Ansonsten gab es keine Beanstandungen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Ingesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wohnen unter Beobachtung

Wir haben zu fünft in einer kleinen Runde. Auf einmal stand der Vermieter vor der Gartentür (hatte anscheinend noch einen Schlüssel für das Haus) und hat geschaut, ob wir keine Party machen oder was anderes, was den Nachbarn stören könnte. Es ist überhaupt nicht okay, wenn man bei dem Mieter während des Aufenthalts in der gemieteten Unterkunft einfach so ohne Grund rein platzt. Ich hoffe, dass das der Mieter das nächste Mal weiß.
