We had an excellent stay at Citadenes. We were 4 people with 2 teens, usually hotels provide one room, but here we had two rooms attached which was so convenient and comfortable. Plenty of food options around. There is a mega mall right in front with lots of shopping and food options. Staff was very friendly, and coffee in the lobby was great.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms are massive, like an apartment, including kitchen etc. they have a lot of services such us Gym, Laundry and a rooftop bar but I didn’t use any so I can not give my opining on that. The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have daily cleaning service like in pretty much all the hotels, at least should be every other day, but during my whole stay, nobody came to take even the trash from the bathroom. That’s supposed to be included in the price.
