Great hotel. Can’t fault the staff - super helpful with tips on getting around and what to see. Breakfast was good quality, plentiful with a wide range catering for all tastes. Our room was large and very clean. Also warm, which was really important as we were staying in late December. During our stay the hotel provided afternoon tea and homemade cake in the ground floor reception area - all complementary and a really nice touch. The hotel is well located for transport the D tram is minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We had a short stay (just 2 nights) after a 2 weeks vacation, to recuperate. It’s about 25-20 min drive from the Vienna central station, We found it very clean and elegant. We were welcomed with some nice treats, hotel room was spacious enough. The overall service was excellent, the breakfast was included and had a wide range in of healthy options. The hotel provides a complimentary tea and cake in the evening in a nice setting where you can listen to some nice classical music or read the daily papers in a very relaxed setting.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We visited Vienna during the Christmas time and they provided a list of all the Christmas's markets, suggestions for restaurants, and a map for sightseeing. The continental breakfast is above average and the afternoon tea and homemade cake is a nice touch. The hotel is located next to a tram station which makes going to the city center and other areas of the town easy. The only downside here is the toilet.. (maybe it was just our room) which for some odd reason is not level with the rest of the room and despite of a red caution tape you constantly have to catch yourself going in the the toilet or bumping your toe leaving the it which can be hazardous for elderly or people with knee problems like yours truly!
