**Arriving by plane, train or bus**

Public transportation:

1) From Vienna Central Station:

- Take the subway line U1 (direction Leopoldau) and get off at the station "Praterstern".
- From there, take tram line 5 (direction Westbahnhof) and get off at the "Rauscherstraße" stop.
- Walk about 2 minutes to Hartlgasse 5.


2) From Vienna West Station:

- Take the subway line U6 (direction Floridsdorf) and get off at the "Jägerstraße" station.
- Walk about 10 minutes to Hartlgasse 5.

Alternative:

- Take tram line 5 (direction Praterstern) and get off at the "Wien Rauscherstraße" stop.
- Walk about 2 minutes to Hartlgasse 5.


3) From Vienna Airport:

- Take the City Airport Train (CAT) or the S-Bahn S7 to the station "Wien Mitte".
- Change to the subway line U4 (direction Heiligenstadt) and get off at the "Friedensbrücke" station.
- Take tram line 5 (direction Praterstern) and get off at the "Wien Rauscherstraße" stop.
- Walk about 2 minutes to Hartlgasse 5.


4) From Erdberg bus station (VIB):

- Take the subway line U3 (direction Ottakring) and get off at the station "Stephansplatz".
- Change to the subway line U1 (direction Leopoldau) and get off at the station "Praterstern".
- From there, take tram line 5 (direction Westbahnhof) and get off at the "Wien Rauscherstraße" stop.
- Walk about 2 minutes to Hartlgasse 5.

**Parking during your stay**

Parking is subject to a fee throughout Vienna from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. You can easily buy parking tickets using your mobile phone, for example with the EasyPark or HANDYPARKEN app. Alternatively, you can also buy parking tickets at points of sale (e.g. tobacconists). Parking is free at weekends (please pay attention to parking bans).

There are usually enough parking spaces in front of the apartment and in the side streets to load and unload your luggage. A cost-effective parking option is the Park + Ride facility in Spittelau (4.10 €/day), which you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

We aim to provide a safe and comforting stay for all its guests, without any bias or discrimination. To ensure that, we have set certain guidelines we expect all our guests to follow, kindly go through them before you book your stay with us.

1) We do NOT take bookings outside of Airbnb, please don’t bother asking.
2) Guests need to upload a copy of their ID.
3) Loud music and partying are strictly prohibited.
4) Smoking is not allowed indoors.
5) Guests are not allowed to relocate the furniture.
6) Quiet hours of the building starts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

- Follow the house rules – no smoking indoors, no parties, and keep noise levels low at night.
- No pets – not even the cute ones. A €250 fee may apply for violations.
- Report any issues – If something is damaged or not working, let us know via the Airbnb app.
- Check out on time – Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A late check-out fee may apply.
- No smoking – Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A €350 fee may apply for violations.

Note: A local tourism tax of 3.2% of the nightly rate applies and is payable upon check-in.
