This hotel offers an amazing location, we stay in a suite, which was super spacious and nicely decorated. However, the room temperature and a problem with the heater were major drawbacks. It was early January, and the room was quite cold due to a wind coming from the balcony. The heater was not working well either. The staff kindly provided me with an electric heater, which helped a bit, but it wasn’t enough to warm up the entire room. Despite these issues, the hotel is still a great place to stay overall.

The room was spacious, and the staff was great. Beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Aside from the usual offerings they prepare fresh eggs to your specifications, which is a nice plus. It’s right off Stephanplafz which is the main shopping venue for Vienna.

The breakfast was tasty and great, but it was NOT free. It actually was quite expensive compared to other options we found the other days. The fragrance in the lobby was a nice touch. Staff was professional & very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, and smaller, but very good efficient use of the space. Would stay again, and dine at Flava for dinner.
