The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Its location within the city was excellent and made it very easy to reach all areas of Vienna. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful as well. We really loved both Vienna and the hotel, and we would comfortably recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

This hotel was a bit far the center but it had metro and bus station right on the corner so it was super easy to get to any place we planned to visit. Our room was spotless clean, modern and convenient. It was in a quiet place, with many shops and cafes nearby. We had a short 2 night stay so we were coming only for sleep and there is nothing to complain about.

We are very satisfied. Familyroom 233 was perfect. New and fresh, big and comfortable. Good breakfast, nice with biljard, nice staff and good place with restaurants, stadthalle and communications around the corner.

Arte Hotel Wien was OK but not nearly worth the price. Small rooms, shaky beds, well outside the city center. The room was very clean. We had a problem with our Expedia reservation and the manager was less than helpful, pretty much useless. Not interested in staying here again!

I booked the hotel during Eurovision on very short notice just on the day of my arrival. Probably, someone has cancelled his booking, so I got the free room for a very good price, never expected that. Also, it seems that they gave me a free room upgrade, because I landed in a very nice and modern rock-style room. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Really enjoyed that! The lobby itself is modern too with a billiard table, fancy seating options and a nice small garden outside. Also you'll get free water downstairs. Location of the hotel is also recommendable, since metro and tram is only 5min away, so you get to the city center easily. Shopping and food options are nearby. One thing that can be improved: There is no luggage room. Thanks for the stay, I'll recommend.

A great stay - the staff were very friendly, check in very straightforward (was able to check in early) rooms of a good size - very clean and quiet, great breakfast buffet and location for us was ideal - 1 minute from the Underground station / 25-30 minutes stroll into the city centre.
