The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me. I also couldn't access wifi when I first entered the room and there were no credentials written down in the room - they had to be delivered online. I would stay here again.

The property was in a good location during the day, there is the opportunity to see real Vienna being out the city center. Arriving at night as a solo female traveller wasn't ideal in this area, it feels very dark and the streets are extremely quiet. Its a good 10 min walk from the train station so google maps its essential. The appartment was easy to access with the information given by the host, it was very clean and had everthing you would need for a comfortable stay self catering.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist prima. Mehrere Haltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe !
