Located in the heart of Vienna’s 15th district, we offer fully equipped apartments for short-term stays. Each unit is accessible from the stairwell via its own entrance door. The amenities include a private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. It’s ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with children), and solo travelers.

Our vacation apartments are in a great location with a cozy atmosphere. Nearby attractions include Vienna’s Westbahnhof, and you’ll be staying less than 2 km from Schönbrunn Palace. Everything you need—such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, and public transportation—is right nearby.

Check-in and check-out are handled using a personal 6-digit code. This code grants access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered directly at the door.

The bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) with a nightstand and a spacious closet.

Please note: Vienna is located in a short-term parking zone!
During designated hours, parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket. Outside of the time-limited short-term parking zone—such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays—you can park for free right on the street in front of the building. There are also Park&Ride facilities nearby that can be used for longer parking periods. A convenient and affordable option is the U4-Center - Vienna | APCOA parking garage.
