Urlaub in Wien
Wir wurden vor der Anreise von Herrn Johannes gut informiert und wÀhrend des Aufenthaltes sehr freundlich betreut.
Besonders die Lage der Wohnung war gĂŒnstig, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist die Infrastruktur perfekt.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Wenen. Prima rustige ligging en goed ingericht.
Voor senioren van boven de 80 zijn de bedden eigenlijk te laag.

Ganz okay fĂŒr den Preis
Die Unterkunft war bis auf eine Nacht sehr ruhig, da im Hinterhaus gelegen. Die Ausstattung war einfach aber sauber. Es fehlen jedoch Eierbecher, Flaschenöffner, WeinglĂ€ser und Korkenzieher. Zum GlĂŒck war bei den sehr heiĂen Sommertemperturen ein Standventilator vorhanden, das hat uns sehr geholfen. Danke dafĂŒr. Insgesamt kann man diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Ruhig gelegen, mit guter Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Informationen zum Einchecken und SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe erfolgte frĂŒhzeitig. Bei einem Problem ( sehr laute Mieter ĂŒber uns) erfolgte eine rasche Reaktion, obwohl es schon 11 Uhr abends war.
FĂŒr uns war das Badezimmer ausreichend, fĂŒr beleibte Personen könnte es evt. etwas eng zu gehen. Die Betten waren weich aber angenehm, es gab ausreichend SchrankflĂ€che und Abstellmöglichkeiten.
Mit der Nachtischlampe sollte dann doch eine andere Lösung gefunden werden.
Die KĂŒche war sauber ( finde ich ein sehr wichtiger Punkt, vor allem der KĂŒhlschrank). Lappen, Geschirrtuch und SpĂŒlmittel waren auch vorhanden. Beim Geschirr hĂ€tte ich mir etwas mehr gewĂŒnscht z.B. ein Sieb, scharfes groĂes und kleines KĂŒchenmesser und ein groĂes Brett sowie ein Topfuntersetzer.
DafĂŒr war direkt um die Ecke eine Drogerie und ein Discounter.
Weiterhin positiv waren die ausgelegten Informationen im Eingangsbereich des Hauses, kostenlose 15 Minuten Parkscheine, StadtplÀne....Es gibt einen kleinen Gartenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten, KrÀutertöpfen und bepflanzte BlumenkÀsten.
ResĂŒmee: Ich wĂŒrde die Unterkunft bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Wien wieder wĂ€hlen.
