The room was clean the bathroom floor was heated. Very nice feeling when it’s snowing and you return to a warm heated floor. The breakfast options were vast and the bar had a wide selection of wines and cocktails. Staff were accommodating and friendly and multilingual which was helpful when traveling with friends from other countries.

Our experience was phenomenal. The staff was really kind and they were accommodative of an early check in. The room was spacious, really clean and the design elements were unique. The hotel is located within walking distance of Belvedere Palace. We did some local Walking within the neighborhood. Overall great property. We did visit the Rooftop Bar and they provided excellent service.

This hotel was perfect. We selected it for it's proximity to Vienna Central Station. We got off the train & walked less than 5 minutes. We received a room upgrade & it didn't disappoint. The room was spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. Robes, slippers, accent lighting & more.

This hotel was a phenomenal surprise. We wanted quick access to the train station to get.to Salzburg and it was a short walk. The hotel was superb. Very quiet. New. Super clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous.

I had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere. The room was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully prepared — I really appreciated the welcome fruits and the personalized greeting with my name on the TV. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for me. The hotel is not right in the city centre, but it’s conveniently close to the main train station, making it easy to get around. I didn’t get the chance to try their breakfast or visit the rooftop bar, but overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If you’re looking for a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vienna, Andaz is an excellent choice.

A great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to central station. Everything in the hotel is top notch. Rooms are very comfortable. Restaurant and bars are outstanding. Will stay here again next time I’m in Vienna.
