The hotel was very close to the railway station, restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean and there was a lift so it made it easy for transportation of luggage. Breakfast was good with lots to chose from. We were very satisfied with out stay.

Property was nice to stay in and clean. During our 4 night stay only one lift was operational which created problems as we were on the seventh floor and often had to wait its arrival. Breakfast was excellent with many options.

Great place to stay by the Wien hbf

Very comfortable bed, good size room. Quiet and clean. Perfect location when travelling by train. Breakfast was very good, great selection and very yummy fresh pastry.

When we checked in at that time they are doing some renovations and construction. But the room is clean although quite small. I love the free coffee and teas. I love that it is just stone away from the main train station in Vienna

No WiFi…. They said coz I have IPhone 16 but I also have IPhone 11 and WiFi didn’t worked. Horrible!!! Staff were ok. Doing construction works so you can hear banging in the morning. No gym, no restaurants as what they advertised online. Coffee is free and hot water. Will never booked to that place again. Company is changing the name.

The location is good, hotel seems rebranding so still different brand at the hotel which make us a bit confused and wasted some of our time to find it ,staff are cool and helpful ,internet wasnt working :(

Dated bathroom, not clean shower

Disappointed to learn on check in that there is no breakfast due to bar renovations. Not advised about this on booking. Free use of hot drinks machine offered in lieu not sufficient. Bedroom seemed clean and nice enough. Pillows were poor and well past best. Had to request additional from reception which they were happy to assist with Duvet didn’t seem large enough for size of the double bed. Bathroom was very dated. Shower head bracket broke so wouldn’t stay in position. Shower tray, tiles and enclosure not fully clean
