This newly built 5-bedroom holiday home in peaceful Petit-Thier offers stunning views of the rolling Ardennes countryside. With 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and modern amenities, it accommodates up to 8 guests, perfect for families seeking comfort and tranquility.

Set just 5 km from Vielsalm, the home is ideally located for exploring the Ardennes. Discover the historic towns of Malmedy and Stavelot, visit the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, or hike near Baraque Fraiture, Belgium’s highest point.

Inside, enjoy a spacious open kitchen and living-dining area that opens to a large, covered terrace and a 1200 m² garden with a playground. A recreation room offers indoor fun with table games, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. A utility room includes a washer, dryer, and extra sink, ideal for longer stays.

We stayed in this beautiful vacation home with six adults and one child for two weeks in April 2026. It’s ultra-modern and fully equipped. Everything is so clean and new that you feel like you’re the first guests to stay there. It has spacious rooms, and the open-concept kitchen is especially lovely, making it perfect for cooking and dining together as a larger group. There’s a large garden with even a small “playground” for children. The vacation home is fantastically located in the Ardennes, with short drives to attractions. A bike path (RAVeL) runs right through the village and is just a few minutes away from the house. Short walks can be taken right from the house in a wooded area. The house is in a very quiet location, away from busy roads. But the real highlight is the landlord, who is always available if anything is needed. We were missing a few small items (a frying pan and a larger pot), and the landlord took care of it immediately. He lives in the same village and can therefore get to the house quickly to hand over the keys. A landlord who truly cares about the well-being of his guests. An all-around wonderful vacation thanks to the beautiful vacation home. We would choose this house again in a heartbeat—and any other one from this landlord, too. Thank you so much for the wonderful days! (10/10)

Het huisje is zeer modern en het lijkt wel of er nog nooit iemand is geweest, zo schoon en netjes. De gastheer is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Ein fantastisches, neues und sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus mit einer tollen Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Ein sehr schöner, wettergeschützter Freisitz mit Grill und auch viel Platz im gepflegten Garten. Das Haus ist somit bestens geeignet, die Zeit sowohl drinnen als auch draußen zu verbringen. Ruhige Wohnlage, aber nur wenige Kilometer vom sehr schönen Städtchen Vielsalm (mit See!) entfernt. Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Ort und war sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war tadellos sauber und ist wirklich uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.
