Villa Cipresos is a house located in a quiet residential area, 7 Km from Lloret de Mar town centre and 11Km from the quiet and lovely Cala Canyelles beach. This house is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava!



The property is 295m2 (1070m2 of land), and is distributed over 2 areas: Independent house + 4 apartments. It is possible to rent the house alone (6 people max), or combine it with one or more of the separate apartments (each has a capacity for 2 people). The villa has a maximum capacity of 6 to 14 people.



In this unit we offer only the house, with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. In August, the house has to be rented with the four apartments included.



The house offers a dining room (fireplace, TV), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine). It has 3 bedrooms; 2 double beds of 135x190cm and 1 double room (2 individual beds of 90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms with showers (1 of them is in the garage). There is an attractive garden with an enclosed swimming pool and built-in barbecue.
