When I arrived my room hadn’t been cleaned and the front desk said to wait and I would get a text when it’s ready. I went back to ask on the status about 4pm and the rep was informed that it wasn’t clean yet but she took initiative and was able to find another room which might have been a better room than my original one. It was very clean spacious and I was able to sleep well. Thank you for the amazing customer service in helping me get a room situated because I wasn’t feeling to well and needed to rest for my health. Thank you!!!

Combative supervisor

My stay at this motel was very unpleasant. The building reeked of marijuana, and the supervisor displayed clear prejudice and unprofessional behavior. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and instead of calmly resolving it, she made false assumptions about me and my ability to pay. When I politely asked for her name and business card to document the issue, she became combative and accused me of having an attitude toward her, which was untrue. I remained respectful and only wanted clarification. Despite the tension, she eventually allowed me to gather my belongings, and another staff member kindly helped me down. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and discriminated against. No guest—especially one with a child—should be treated this way.

WOW!!! This "motel" should be called a Hotel 6! Easily the nicest motel I've ever stayed. The staff was friendly... that's ALL staff, from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. There are restaurants and stores easily within walking/wheelchair distance. This motel is very clean and welcoming, not just the room, but the entire property. This was my first time needing a wheelchair accessible room, and the ease of which I could move was refreshing. A+++ rating from this happy camper🙃
