I can’t believe pool water was so cold and when told staff about it, they did nothing. Jacuzzi was broken down as well. The only reason why we made this weekend trip and choice this hotel was because of the indoor pool, because we thought that, just like other hotels with indoor pools, the water was going to be warm. We should have chosen another place. Everything else was ok. During breakfast we were going to get a second cup of coffee and then they said there was no more coffee… Whaaaat??!!! We regret staying at this hotel.

I was disapointed to find there was no coffee maker in the room, and no cups of any kind for water. No tv guide, no local information, no information of any kind. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the lack of amenities in the room made it feel not very welcoming.
