There are 2 holiday inns - this is the older one

i thought i booked at a new property from the photos. This one is dated and dark and every room was sold so challenging to park and then at 6 in the morning we could clearly hear the people leaving in commercial trucks with their engine running outside the window. The bed and everything was fine, but this property could use a little updating. There are 2 Holiday Inns within a block of each other.

Great location and comfie rooms

Check in was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Hotel is in a wonderful location with many restaurants nearby and the outlets within walking distance.

When we checked in, the lights in the parking lot were out making it very dark as we checked in, there were no towels in our room, the TV remote didn't turn the TV on, toilet made some humming noises every time we flushed and the A/C unit was extremely noisy. I've been very happy with most of the Holiday Inn Express facilities, but I think a renovation is needed here.
