Hotel wasn’t clean, lock on room door kind of worked and elevator was broken. There was workarounds for the elevator and door key. Staff was nice and helpful but hotel needed some TLC.

The gym was adequate. The room was fairly clean, but there was mildew around the bathtub. It was pet friendly, but the exterior and hallways were so filthy I cleaned my dog’s feet each time before we entered the room. The staff were nice, but we felt they might not be staffed adequately and they were overwhelmed.

I stayed at a Baymont in 2021 and swore that was it, horrible stay in Branson. Broke down and stayed in Cuero and, wow, what a difference. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. I’m basing this on the 4 times I’ve stayed at this hotel. Every time I’ve been very very happy
