The shower in the restroom overflowed, and the water never got hot. Additionally, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs sleeping area. While the downstairs remained comfortable, the upstairs loft where the bed was located was extremely warm and felt like a heat box, making it difficult to sleep.
