Il est d'usage de demander cela avant le départ , pas le cas pour moi. Chambre 308: J'ai du débrancher puis rebrancher et réinitialisé la télévision pour m'en servir car écran noir après allumage ( la recep a fait le nécessaire en frappant à la porte pour s'assurer que le problème était résolu 👍. La prise électrique du bureau tout a droite de la piece ne fonctionne pas, j'ai débranché la lampe et changé de prise mural pour m'en servir. Le spot de la douche défectueux car des variations de tension donne un effet "discothèque" dans la salle de bain. Carreau dans la douche fendu(du à la cheville de fixation de la douchette). Je pense que une revision du circuit électrique dans cette chambre ne serait pas de refus. DÉTAILS : la porte des wc ouvrant à l'intérieur pas terrible pour s'en servir car manque vraiment de place. Point noir à mon gout: 15€ de parking public pour la nuit je trouve pas correct de tout ,mais a priori c'est la politique de la ville de Vichy car payent de partout autour de l'hôtel. Positif la rénovation des parties communes tres agréable,le parfum utilisé par les hotel Mercure est tres agréable et un plus pour les clients. La taille de la télé dans la chambre top. La courtoisie et la gentillesse des 2 collaboratrices du soir sont fort appréciés. La moquette dans la chambre est tres bien (à condition de bien l'entretenir),ca change des sols en vinyl ou plastique bas de gamme de certains hotel 3-4 etoiles.
