Bonjour, ayez séjours plusieurs fois dans votre hôtel, je suis déçue de certaines prestations. La jeune dame à l'accueil très gentille , elle nous a bien conseillée . La nouvelle déco coins repas magnifique . Parcontre, les 2 serveurs du petit déjeuner moyennement conviviale, dommage. Le nouveau coin petit déjeuner moins accueillant, son prix reste correct a 13€90, parcontre sans plateau pas très pratique les déplacements avec le café et tartines, obligé de ce lever plusieurs fois. La déco des chambres modernes certes mais alors tristes, les étages de Cailloux plus joyeux . Manque des serviettes pour le visage car personnellement je ne prends pas la même que la douche, question hygiène. Ah oui, honteux le parking à 12 €. Ah oui aussi, des grands écrans pour ? On s'étonne que les personnes ne se parlent plus. Le plus, et tant mieux, la cuisine des plats équilibrées et très bons Cordialement

Les chambres de cet Ibis ont été refaites il y a déjà quelques temps et c’est réussi excepté pour les 2 chambres les plus agréables : avec terrasses, qui ont été supprimées lors de la rénovation ! C’est regrettable. Sinon, cet Ibis est plutôt agréable, le personnel est pro et souriant, le wifi est ok… pour se garer il y a un parking payant de l’hôtel mais hors saison on trouve des places facilement à Vichy. Le gros bémol est le chauffage. C’est une Clim réversible, hélas seul l’air froid marche et ce n’est pas une erreur de fonctionnement de ma part, le chauffage se met en route et s’arrête pour laisser place à l’air froid. En hiver c’est un vrai problème et indigne d’Accor. Donc, il vaut mieux aller dans un autre hôtel en hiver et revenir ici en été uniquement.

Le bâtiment ayant été complètement rénové en 2025, tout est nickel. Et la déco est des plus agréables. Cela nous change des styles habituels des Ibis que je n’apprécie pas trop en général… Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top également. Seul petit bémol, la carte du restaurant qui manque d’originalité
