Located in Vichères, this 114 m² holiday home sleeps up to 10 guests. It is close to the Véloscenie cycle route and Golf du Perche, 150 km from Paris via exit 4 of the A11, halfway between Chartres Cathedral and the Le Mans motor racing circuit.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with table football and a fireplace for chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a moka pot, a filter coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine and a large table. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room completes this floor.



Upstairs, one bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while two further bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet. A landing with a reading nook, board games and sleeping space for two offers a welcoming communal area.



Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, heating in every room, a fan, a dedicated workspace, a cot and a high chair. Children will enjoy the toys and books.



Outside, enjoy the private garden for pétanque, ball games, racket sports and table tennis. The private uncovered terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, and a private barbecue is available.
