Treat yourself to the beauty of the Tuscan countryside among olive groves and vineyards—it will be an unforgettable experience!<br>Our villa is divided into 4 apartments.<br>Each apartment has a separate entrance and a private garden!<br>This apartment, in particular, features a pergola that’s perfect for your outdoor dinners. The large property, complete with a fully equipped pool and parking, is shared with any other guests staying at our property. <br>The apartment is located on the first floor of the property and is accessible directly from its own large garden with breathtaking views of the classic Tuscan countryside! <br>High-speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV, mosquito screens.<br><br>Upon entering the apartment through a large French door, you’ll find:<br>- a bright living area with a comfortable sofa and a uniquely designed kitchenette (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher… a small sink... dishes, cookware, and silverware, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals). <br>There’s also a large table in the living room.<br>- The apartment’s bedroom is on the same level but just 4 steps above the living room. Here you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a large closet! This room is on the first floor of the property’s main tower.<br>In your private garden, you’ll find a gazebo and a table with chairs—perfect for dinner or breakfast outdoors!<br><br>Also available to you in the common areas:<br>- Our parking lot right next to the villa’s main gate<br>- A large panoramic pool <br> Here you’ll find lounge chairs and umbrellas, a shower, and even a lovely pergola! <br>- A laundry room with a washer and dryer!<br>- Free WiFi 24 hours a day, 7 days a week<br><br>The apartment does not have air conditioning, but we can guarantee that thanks to the thick stone walls of the entire villa and its apartments, you’ll always feel comfortable! All the apartments are very airy and cool!
