Cozy Apartment in a VILLA—with a Pool & Garden!

This cozy and intimate apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. <br>You’ll be surrounded by a garden with a fully equipped pool area and parking. <br>The place is very relaxing, quiet, and super safe! <br>The ideal place to explore all of Tuscany! The apartment (50 square meters) is located on the first floor of the property and is accessible directly from its own outdoor area, which offers a splendid view of the classic Tuscan countryside! High-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and mosquito screens!<br>Inside the apartment you’ll find:<br>- a bright living area (overlooking your private garden) with a comfortable sofa, table, satellite TV, and a kitchen in authentic Tuscan style (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher… a small sink… plates, dishes, and cutlery—everything you’ll need to prepare and enjoy your meals). There’s also a large table in the living room.<br>- The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a large closet!<br>- A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.<br>Beach towels will be provided upon arrival.<br>- In your private garden, you’ll find a gazebo and a table with chairs—perfect for dining or breakfast outdoors!<br>This apartment is perfect for two people. If you’re traveling with a child, we can provide a crib and a high chair :) In that case, please let us know when you book!<br><br>Always available to you in the common areas:<br>- Our parking lot right next to the villa’s main gate<br>- A large panoramic pool always at your disposal (approximately 13 x 4 meters). Here you’ll find lounge chairs and umbrellas, a shower, and even a lovely pergola! <br>(THE POOL is open from May 1 to September 30)<br>- A laundry room with a washer and dryer!<br>- Free WiFi 24 hours a day, 7 days a week<br>There’s no air conditioning in the apartment, but we can assure you that thanks to the very thick stone walls of the entire villa and its apartments, you’ll always feel comfortable! All apartments are very airy and cool!<br>Guest access<br>Our guests have free access to all areas of the property:<br>- Panoramic pool and related amenities to be shared with any other guests.<br>- Parking<br>- The patio with umbrellas, tables, chairs, and the covered outdoor living area in the garden.<br>- Laundry room<br>- The property’s large grounds!<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>The price includes:<br>- Bedding and towels (changed weekly)<br>- High-speed Wi-Fi<br>- Final cleaning<br>- Private parking on the property<br>- Use of the pool area and its amenities<br>- Laundry facilities<br><br>The price does not include:<br>- Tourist tax: 2.5 euros per person per night (children under 12 are exempt)<br>- Any extra cleaning or extra changes of bed and bath linens (the first set is included, and you will find the apartment ready for a comfortable stay).<br><br>CHECK-IN: We are usually able to check you in between noon and 6:00 PM. Please let us know in advance if your arrival time will be different so we can confirm your check-in. <br>For guests arriving before noon, we’ll hand over the keys, and they can leave their luggage and relax by the pool or in the garden while they wait for the apartment to be ready for their stay, once the cleaning staff has finished. <br>
