In Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, it is just a 5-minute walk from Vic-sur-Cère town centre (all shops) and the SNCF railway station.



Enjoy a detached, typically Auvergne country house built of lava stone with a slate roof, 2,000 m² of private enclosed grounds and private parking. South-facing and not overlooked, it offers superb views of the valley and Cantal mountains.



The cosy mountain-style interior blends stone and wood, with a traditional “cantou” inglenook, scullery, wood-burning stove and electric heating. All bedrooms have sloping ceilings and exposed beams.
