"Venezia" is a 4-room semi-detached house of 96 m2 spread across 2 levels, welcoming up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining room featuring a flat screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to the garden. A separate kitchen and living area is also located on this floor, equipped with a full range of cooking appliances and equally offering an exit to the garden. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities. Please be aware that this ground floor bathroom with shower is situated in a separate room from the main house, within the private patio area.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 1 single bed and 1 double bed and is equipped with air conditioning. The second bedroom contains 1 French bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the upper floor.
