La Casa del Sole, located on the first floor of an apartment building with an elevator and a private parking space, offers plenty of space inside and can accommodate up to 6 people; it is situated in a very quiet area, less than one kilometer from the sea and just a short walk from the pine forests. The apartment is on a single level and consists of: a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, two double bedrooms, and 3 balconies.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- ENTRANCE HALL with storage cabinet and wall mirror, coat rack, and fire extinguisher.
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, a cabinet with a smart TV, and a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. A French door leads to the balcony, which also features a smaller table for breakfast.
- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster; this room also features a balcony with an outdoor sink, a washing machine, and a clothesline.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM (1) with a full-size double bed, a large closet, and a dresser for storing your clothes and belongings. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a balcony.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM (2) with a French-style double bed, a large closet, and a desk where you can work.
- BATHROOM with large windows, featuring a tub-shower combination, a vanity with mirror, toilet, and bidet.
- OUTDOOR AREA featuring a private parking space, the building’s shared garden, and other spaces where you can park bicycles and motorcycles.
