A completely new structure, inaugurated in June 2019, characterized by wooden beams and a splendid view of Lake Massaciuccoli, which you can admire directly from the apartment or from the attached balcony. It is complete with all comforts: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a large terrace where you can eat under a beautiful wooden porch, relax on the comfortable rocking chair and enjoy the greenery behind the villa.

It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our apartment in the villa, trying to meet all your needs! Spoken languages: English, French, Italian.

The property is located in a quiet area with limited traffic and is just a few steps away from the famous villa museum of Maestro Giacomo Puccini and its theater. Nearby there is also the boat with which you can leave for a trip on the lake. From this area you can easily reach, with your own or public means, important art cities such as Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca and Florence.
