Centrale e appartata

Appartamento provvisto di tutte le comodità. Se ne apprezza particolarmente la sua posizione centrale, a pochi passi da tutto (mare, passeggiata, supermercato, gastronomia...), ma nello stesso tempo trovandosi in un cortile interno permette di vivere in sicurezza e tranquillità. Ci tornerei.

Gute Lage der Ferienwohnung (Bahnhof nicht weit entfernt) Aufteilung der Räume gut, schöne Möblierung Bei der Ankunft: Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich äußerst schwierig, da wir ohne Auto gereist waren und der Ort der Schlüsselübergabe weit entfernt von der Ferienwohung lag. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel schwierig, daher Taxi notwendig, was zu hohen Zusatzkosten führte

Sehr einfache Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung im Hinterhof lag ruhig, leider wurde die Wohnung darunter generalsaniert mit großem Baulärm. Schlüssel für Haustür schwergängig. Die Doppelstockbetten waren sehr schlecht-durchgelegen. Grundausstattung fehlte: Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel. Bestecke und Geschirr einfachst, teilweise Plastik. Glühbirne im Bad kaputt, Außenlampe ging nicht. Anzünder für Gasherd funktionierte nicht. Wenn man abends nach langer Fahrt ankommt, sollten grundlegende Dinge da sein und funktionieren. Insgesamt befriedigend.

L'appartamento, nella sua semplicità, è risultato molto gradevole e comodo nonchè conforme alla descrizione, pertanto meriterebbe un giudizio complessivo più alto ma purtroppo la richiesta, non indicata nell'annuncio, di un pagamento extra per il ritiro delle chiavi in loco o la necessità di recarsi in agenzia a 25 Km di distanza, penalizzano non poco il giudizio. Peccato....

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec un beau mélange de plages au milieu des montagnes.

La propriété est bien située par rapport aux différences services et la plage est à 400 mètres. Par contre nous avons dû payé pour le linge de lit et de salle de bain. Nous n’avions pas de couvert dans la maison et au niveau propreté ce n’était pas nickel ... Après nous avons été bien accueilli par le monsieur qui nous a délivré l’appartement. Je recommande tout de même ce logement pour son emplacement stratégique.

Un buon appartemento

L'appartamento si trova nel cortile interno di un gruppo di case ed è situato circa a metà strada tra la stazione e la spiaggia. Nella via sono presenti un farmacia e diversi ristoranti, bar e un piccolo alimentare. Molto comodo. Purtroppo l'agenzia che lo gestisce non si trova in loco e quindi ci si deve accordare telefonicamente per il ritiro delle chiavi eventualmete con un piccolo sovraprezzo. Questo ci ha creato qualche disturbo nella gestione ma grazie al personale disponibile e gentilissimo tutto si è risolto nel modo migliore, non penso vi troverete male. Come qualità/prezzo potrei direi che vale la pena.
