Management team was great. That being said, Apartment was not guest ready. Walked into a totally dark (shuttered) apt. Then, NO water, then no HOT water. Everything was resolved but should have never happened. The two terraces were unusable, dirty. Bed linens need an upgrade. (A microwave would have nice as well pot lids).

Lovely spacious apartment right in the centre of Viareggio. A few minutes walk to the beach. Bus station is across the road where you can get a bus up the the coast to Forti dei Marmi. The train station is about a 15 minute walk (about 5 minutes by bus) where you can get trains to up and down the coast as well as inland to Lucca/Florence. The apartment was spotless. The only very slight downside is that the shower is very small. But overall a great experience.
