On the heights of Vézac in a unique and preserved setting, Le Champêtre is located on a hill and offers a magnificent view of the valley of castles. Located in the golden triangle, you will be both quiet and less than 10 minutes from the main sites of the Périgord Noir (Sarlat, the castles of Beynac and Castelnaud, the gardens of Marqueyssac...).<br>You will be welcomed by Chrystelle and Stephane who will be able to advise you throughout your stay.<br>Le Champêtre is a very spacious listed cottage with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms in the summer and a terrace with exceptional views of the valley of the castles. <br>Each room has a double bed of 140 and a single bed of 90.<br><br>THE SWIMMING POOL IS TO BE SHARED WITH 2 OTHER COTTAGES AND IS ONLY RESERVED FOR RESIDENT HOLIDAYMAKERS.<br><br>The estate includes 3 adjoining cottages but the privacy and independence of each one are preserved (no view of the neighbors).<br><br>SERVICES:<br>-Travel cot and high chair available free of charge on request.<br>-Towels not provided.<br>- Washing machine on request.<br>-Air conditioning of the rooms at night: * included in the July/August rate<br> * optional in June and September: 7 euros/day

Schöne Gîte mit Blick über das Dordogne Tal in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage

Wir haben zu Zweit eine tolle Septemberwoche bei Chrystelle und Stéphane in der liebevoll und sorgfältig renovierten Gîte Champêtre verbracht. Ausstattung wie beschrieben, hell, Fenster nach drei Seiten (siehe Photos). Sehr nette Gastgeber, absolut unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Die Gîte ist eine von insgesamt Dreien und liegt auf einem Hügel, in Combe Belle. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, ruhig, schön angelegter Garten (Feigen!) mit Pool. Zentrale Lage zu Sarlat, der Dordogne und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
