With a surface area of around 400 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests in absolute comfort. Each space has been designed using top-of-the-range materials and furnishings, combining elegance and refinement for a unique experience.

The Villa is composed as follows

- A spacious living room bathed in light, with a unique panoramic view over Lake Annecy.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen from SMEG (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, gas hob, airfryer, ice maker, etc.)
- Two lounge areas, one with a large television, sound bar and fireplace
- An open-plan dining room that comfortably seats 10 guests

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
