Well maintained, spacious holiday home in a quiet holiday home area in Agger, just minutes from the banks of the Limfjord, the lake Flade Sø and not far from the beautiful North Sea coast. The spacious interior has an open plan kitchen / living area, contemporary equipped with ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave and practical dishwasher. The living area is furnished with comfortable furniture and a wood burning stove to spread warmth and coziness in a cooler summer or stormy autumn evening. An energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump was also installed in the house to minimize heating and ancillary costs. There is a TV with some German TV channels to choose from, as well as a fast Internet connection via fiber optic, suitable for streaming and downloading. Directly after the kitchen / living area is the large conservatory of the house with plenty of seating for relaxing hours. In addition, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds, as well as two modern bathrooms with shower, toilet and comfortable underfloor heating. In the outdoor area you will find a wooden terrace and a beautifully protected plot with larger gravel and some lawn. Next door in a smaller annex there is storage space for e.g. Bicycles, fishing tackle etc. Also covered Filetierbank with running water on site. No rental to youth groups desired!

Make yourself comfortable in your cabin, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washer/dryer, and you can also request a crib/infant bed.
