Well maintained cottage made of good materials. The house offers three good bedrooms with double beds and an alcove where there are two sleeping places. In the large, bright living room with modern and tasteful furnishings there is a flat screen TV with Danish and German channels. There are also two good bathrooms, both with underfloor heating, in one there is a multifunction shower and a whirlpool for 2 people. Well equipped kitchen, among other things with American refrigerator.

Large open terrace around the house where you can enjoy the sun most of the day and also a sheltered spot from the wind. The cottage is heated by heat pump and electricity. It is located in a quiet cottage area not far from the beach, where there is a bathing jetty. In the area there is a large communal playground where children can make new friends.
