Recently renovated, the house has an exceptional character thanks to its location in the heart of the historic centre of Versailles (nevertheless in a peaceful spot). This market is one the most typic and much-appreciated venue markets from all over the Paris area.
All amenities are nearby, including the market, shops, restaurants, Cinemas, Palace of Versailles (10 minutes walking distance) and three train stations for
getting to Paris (all at less than 8 minutes walking distance).

The house is divided over 4 levels:
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, utility room and dining room, (+toilet and washbasin). From the dining room there is an access to the living room.
A small outdoor courtyard (fifteen meters square) is at the ground floor level, equipped with a plancha and dining area.
On the first floor, there is the master suite (bed180x200) with its dressing room and bathroom (bath and double basins), separate toilet and another bedroom with a single bed.
On the second floor, there is a wide landing area with a sofa-bed that converts into a double bed, a bathroom (bath) and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed (plus a pull-out bed).
The basement is equipped with an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a private cinema room.
