It’s located near the railways station and 10/15 minutes walk from piazza Bra (arena), the only fly in the ointment is that this flat is located near a busy road so it is a bit noisy.

This is an auto-check-in shared appartement including kitchen and salon and balcony that is quite well maintained. There are three rooms with one shared bathroom + one suite with bathroom. I have not seen staff on site other than cleaning in the day. Near train station. First experience like this, and I’m happy with it, plus price was quite cheap 👍.

Very comfortable place to stay in Verona. Walkable distance to all famous places. Very clean. Quest. Safe. Make sure you have smartphone with internet in order to check in and open all doors. If you don’t have it it’s impossible to get inside the apartment. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The owner of this property is a dishonest person. He advertise it as a bed and breakfast, but upon arrival we find out that it's a hostel with four rooms sharing one bathroom and a shower. The pictures that is provided by the owner of this property on Expedia is fake, in reality it is very sad looking place. When I asked the owner why he is misrepresent this property on Expedia he said that if wed don't like it it's our problem. We had no choice but to leave this nightmare. Very rude and arrogant person. Avoid at all the cost!

It’s very scary because the lights sometimes worked. I thought it was going to be a shared restroom with another room well the restroom was out in the open and anyone could use it so it’s not just another room but the whole house. The decorations are outdated and there was dust in the lamps and other places you can tell they barely clean just so it looks like “new” but don’t actually deep clean. My room smelled like smoke even tho it’s strictly prohibited (I have asthma so this was an issue with me) not sure if someone in the house was doing it or neighbors.

Andre who met us at check in was excellent - gave us a good background to the city and explained things well. The shared bathroom had leaking taps and was a problem when the two rooms sharing both got up at same time. Restrictions on the use of the kitchen and the lack of a breakfast were disappointing.

Achtung!!! Dieses ist ein Fakehotel. Wir haben uns einen Wolf gesucht. Zweimal um den Häuserblock gegangen, mehrere Passanten nach diesem Hotel gefragt. Niemand kanntes dieses Hotel, bzw wusste wo es sein sollte. Finger weg!

Der Check In war wirklich problemlos hier würden wir 9/10 Punkten geben. Der Gastgeber hat uns auf einer Karte gleich alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend und das eigene Bad recht modern, dennoch ist die Ausstattung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und der Abfluss der Dusche läuft nicht ab. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht ausreichend! Es gibt lediglich Toast, eine Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Wurst. Außerdem noch Marmelade und Müsli. Uns persönlich fehlte Obst und Gemüse und vielleicht noch eine Alternative zum Aufschnitt. Wir haben für 3 Nächte 400€ gezahlt und sind aus anderen EU Ländern für den Preis mehr gewohnt (bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf das Frühstück). Wer auf das Frühstück vielleicht nicht so viel wert legt, kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall buchen. Die Lage war wirklich optimal. Man ist in gut 7 Minuten an der Arena und somit im Zentrum. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und lieben Verona als Stadt :)

Hard to find parking and dirty bed room

No parking, you will need to find your street parking and must leave before 8:00AM, if otherwise you will get a traffic ticket . Need to pay attention on their instruction that we couldn’t check In after 8:00 PM , if otherwise you will need to let them know 48 hours in advance or begging them to let us check in. We found dirty clothes in the closet which is stink !!!! The floor in the bed room is so dirty, Picture on advertising looks presentable but in reallity it is old and dirty stink

Ubicazione perfetta per un Week end a Verona

Abbiamo assistito con mia moglie all'opera Aida presso l'Arena e quindi l'ubicazione del B&B è ideale. Un po' perplessi lascia la necessità d'appuntamento per il check in, soprattutto se si deve poi attendere. La colazione migliorabile, senza considerare l'inconveniente alla macchina del caffe. iniziare una giornata senza un buon caffe corroborante soprattutto se si è andati a letto tardi ( lo spettacolo è finito verso le 01.30)è auspicabile, ma immagino sia un caso. Nel complesso positivo, parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze free dopo le 20.00 .

Stupid old fool!?

I made an error and booked this accommodation for the wrong night. I arrived in Verona on Thursday but had booked for the following night - my fault entirely. I asked the Maison if they could move the booking forward a day but they had no availability. Hotel.com asked the Maison whether they would be kind enough to refund my monies given i was not taking up their services but they refused, which they were entitled to do, but was it the right thing to do - did they enhance their customer service profile? Will I tell everyone that when I had a problem, when customer service is really tested, did they put their customer first? I have my view but yours may be different? Business is business after all !
