Easy Loft is a one-bedroom apartment located in Veronetta, a neighborhood on the left bank of the Adige River relative to the historic center, just a short walk from Ponte Navi and the University district. It’s a quiet, authentic residential area where you can immerse yourself in the daily life of the people of Verona—an ideal location for both tourism and business trips.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in the neighborhood; there is no elevator, and you’ll need to climb two flights of stairs made of stone typical of Verona to reach it.
The entrance to the apartment opens into the living area, which is compact but equipped with a kitchen, a table for four people, and a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests.
Right next to it is the bedroom with a double bed, a small bathroom with a sink, and a full bathroom with a shower stall, bidet, and toilet. The bathroom has no windows but is equipped with forced ventilation.

The building has a ground-floor storage area for bicycles, strollers, or scooters. The area is not monitored; we recommend that you always secure your vehicles with chains.
Motor vehicles are not permitted.

Easy Loft is located on a one-way street open to traffic, with paid public parking spaces (blue lines). We recommend avoiding parking outside designated spaces to prevent your vehicle from being towed. Spaces marked with blue and yellow lines are reserved for city residents.

The apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detector, and a smoke detector. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the property or near the windows.

A foldable baby crib is available upon request.
