Easy Flat is a small three-room apartment located in Veronetta, a neighborhood on the left bank of the Adige River relative to the historic center, just a short walk from Ponte Navi and the University district. It’s a quiet, authentic residential area where you can immerse yourself in the daily life of the people of Verona—an ideal location for both tourism and business trips.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in the neighborhood. The entrance to the apartment is through the main foyer. After climbing the two steps to the entrance door, you’ll find yourself in a hallway; on the left as you enter is the master bedroom, directly across is the single bedroom, and then there’s the kitchen with a table for three people and direct access to the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Finally, the bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower stall, toilet, and bidet, benefits from natural ventilation thanks to two windows.

The building has a small inner courtyard that can serve as a smoking area.
There is a bicycle rack, but this area is not secured; we recommend that you always secure your bicycles with chains. Motor vehicles are not permitted. This is a shared area, and we ask our guests to always be considerate of other residents. The garden is frequented by friendly neighborhood cats; we ask that you respect them and not disturb them.

Easy Flat is located on a very narrow one-way street with vehicle access but no parking spaces. We recommend avoiding parking outside designated spaces to prevent your vehicle from being towed. Spaces marked with blue and yellow lines are reserved for city residents.

The apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detector, and a smoke detector. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the property or near the windows.

A foldable baby crib is available upon request.
