The host was exceptional as was the property. It is completely central but just far out enough to be nice and quiet at night. Furthest any attraction was a 15 minute walk and the shops and arena were 5 minute walks. Would absolutely repeat and recommend this property.

The staff at Palazzo Negri were exceptional. Luisa and her team provided the best service and support I can remember. The rooms are renovated, old world style with character and charm. Not 5 star glam but lots of character and functional comfort. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I absolutely LOVED Palazzo Negri! Luisa is a sweetheart and was in contact with us every day. She even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. We stayed in the Smeraldo room and it was very large, tastefully decorated and a big bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location and service!

We were really happy with our stay and especially happy with the service. The location is close to the center, but not so close that is was too noisy or busy. The guy who checked us in/out us was really kind and informative and he gave us some great tips on places to eat and not eat as well as good tips on sight-seeing. He also gave us some good tips on your next Italy destination. Would definitely book there again.

We loved the location, really central but being just into the pedestrian area, really quiet at night. There cannot be many properties with a Roman arched wall outside your window. The apartment was very clean and modern decor. bed super comfy and really good shower - both essentials. Our host 'Tea' made us really welcome on arrival. We would have liked a few more kitchen extras such as detergent but most things were provided and not everyone cooks. We appreciated the small kitchen over New Year as a lot of breakfast places were closed.
