When we arrived we were not told that we hadn’t paid. I had a request the previous day for payment which took me to our bank for payment which I duly did. However I did not realise but the bank declined it as a dodgy payment. Normally when you arrive at a hotel they ask for payment if not already taken but nothing was said. We wanted to get off on time when we left as we had a long way to go that day, but got held up over the payment issue. I strongly recommend that you take payment on arrival or at least tell the customer that money is due. Apart from that the apartment was very nice, good location etc.

Très belle chambre avec grande salle de bains sur cour. Parking Elena super hôte m’a accueilli merveilleusement et avant de m’accompagner à ma chambre m’a offert une dégustation de valpolicella. Pour couronner son excellent accueil elle m’a amené à la gare ce jeudi matin. Palazzo Ristori à l’entrée du quartier antique
