My three kids, under 10, and I had a great day at this little cabin. The check-in process was super easy and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was excellent, and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. I have been to identical cabins in which we have had to supply our own bathroom towels and blankets. As far as the campground, although it is small and quiet during the season that we stayed, we thoroughly enjoyed the creek and the playground.

The location was perfect for visiting the Ark & Creation Museum. The owners were so nice to leave us some pumpkins, paints & stickers to decorate during our Fall visit. The kitchen was great, but could use some more baking type pans/sheets. Only had a muffin & meatloaf pan. The gas stove & oven worked great. The only negative was the one Queen bed, very lumpy and not comfortable at all. Overall it was a great little cabin, and my family totally enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time staying at the Country cabin. The location was great for all the activities we had planned and we enjoyed family time in the cabin in the evenings. It would be great if you could add pegs or hooks to hang clothes. Otherwise, our stay was comfy and the cabin had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip.

Relaxing.

We stayed at the Country Cabin as a home base between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. This place worked well for this. It is small but when you are with your high school sweetheart, and happen to be celebrating your 40th wedding anniversary, I would say “cozy” would be a better description.

The cabin is cute and has what is needed. The manager of the property answered my texts and sent maintenance for the issues I contacted her about. It could have been cleaner and the bed was not comfortable. But overall it was a decent stay
