I had a very nice stay here. The entire hotel, including my room, was exceptionally clean. I loved that the room was equipped with Alexa—using voice commands just to turn the lights on and off felt very high-tech and convenient! There were a few small, minor issues with the bathroom, but nothing that ruined the stay. Overall, a great modern hotel!

The hotel is located on a quiet street, a short distance from the sights, the historical center. The room was clean, modern, comfortable. The breakfast was sufficiently varied. The room was clean and larger than expected. The staff were fantastic they were so helpful and everyone was very polite. Kettle and tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in the room. The balcony overlooks the road, but it wasn't busy and you can see the city wall from the balcony. Nice little coffee shop/cafe next to the hotel as an alternative for breakfast. Hotel allowed us to drop our luggage off before check in and also stored it for us after checkout. Room was spacious and clean, bathrooom was well equipped with a huge shower! Location was great as 5-10 minute (flat) walk to the Arena and Piazza Bra. Would definitely return.
